Sanjay brings more than two decades of innovation and success in the cloud, networking, and security industries. His unique business sense, technical acumen, vision for the future of the industry, and unwavering focus on culture have contributed to his building a world-class team and iconic company as founder and CEO of Netskope. Prior to Netskope, Sanjay was VP & GM of Juniper Networks’ secure access business unit, driving it to market leadership throughout his tenure. He is also the co-founder of one of the world’s first data center encryption companies, Ingrian Networks, and has held leadership positions across numerous other security and networking companies.

Krishna Narayanaswamy

Chief Technology Officer

A highly regarded and awarded researcher in security, behavioral anomaly detection, and deep packet inspection, Krishna brings two decades of technical and thought leadership as founder and chief technology officer at Netskope. Krishna leads Netskope’s data science and user behavior research and is a prolific writer and speaker on a range of cloud security topics. He has authored more than 100 patents and co-authored the industry’s first Cloud Security for Dummies book. Prior to Netskope, Krishna held numerous leadership positions, including founding Top Layer Networks and serving as a distinguished engineer at Juniper Networks.

Drew Del Matto

Chief Financial Officer

Drew Del Matto brings more than 25 years of technology and finance experience to Netskope, including deep experience in the security and network markets, and driving growth. Prior to joining Netskope, Del Matto served as CFO for Citrix Systems and Fortinet . As CFO of Fortinet, he helped lead the company’s transformation of its strategy and business model to triple its billings growth to more than $2 billion and driving 300% revenue growth during his tenure. Prior to Fortinet, Del Matto served in various financial leadership roles at Symantec for almost a decade, helping that company grow from $2.5 billion to almost $7 billion in revenue and leaving as acting CFO.

Raphaël Bousquet

Chief Revenue Officer

As a highly regarded sales leader, Raphaël Bousquet has led top-performing go-to-market teams for decades. He brings deep experience in security and networking technologies; the channel and alliance partner ecosystem; cloud, SaaS, and Zero Trust; and the building of high performance teams for companies experiencing rapid growth. Before joining Netskope in August 2021, he was Vice President, EMEA South, Israel & Alps at Palo Alto Networks, where he successfully grew revenues and teams by more than 600% over a five-year period. For 15 years prior, he held multiple management roles at Cisco Systems, including in the United States and Europe.

John Martin

Chief Product Officer

John brings over 20 years of experience to Netskope, with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams as well as market-defining products in cloud-native, networking, and security domains. Most recently, he was senior vice president of product, design, and strategy at Sysdig, where he led the product organizations. Martin spent almost 10 years at Riverbed as SVP products / GM, where he launched over a dozen software and hardware platforms and grew the WAN Op business. Prior to Riverbed, at NetApp, he co-invented the ICAP protocol, now widely used in Web gateway security solutions. Before that, John was CTO at Terena and co-founded Unite Solutions, Ltd., one of Ireland’s first independent Internet service providers.

Joe DePalo

Chief Platform Officer

Joe DePalo leads the platform engineering organization at Netskope and is responsible for the design, build, and operations of the current and future generations of the Netskope infrastructure and platform. Prior to joining Netskope, Joe was the global head of internet services for Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he was responsible for the AWS Global Network and the Amazon carrier strategy. Prior to AWS, he was SVP of operations and engineering at Limelight Networks. There, he and his team built the second-largest content delivery network in the world.

David Wu

Chief Development Officer

David Wu leads worldwide engineering and research and development for Netskope as Chief Development Officer. Prior to joining Netskope, David held a number of leadership roles at Riverbed Technology as a member of their founding team, including Chief Technology Officer, Senior Vice President, Research & Development, and Vice President, Software Development. Prior to joining Riverbed, David served as Senior Engineering Manager at Inktomi Corp., joining the company following the acquisition of FastFoward Networks. He has 10 patents issued and 33 pending patents relating to networking, programming languages, and databases.

Patsy Gilmore

SVP, People & Talent

Patsy Gilmore joined Netskope in October 2022. She is a highly regarded leader in the design and scale of people, culture, and talent acquisition programs. With over 20 years of experience in human resources leadership, Patsy has a proven track record of success in scaling fast-growing teams and has played a key role in defining organizational strategies with successful execution. Before Netskope, Patsy served as vice president of HR at Anaplan, including through its successful IPO in 2018. Previously, she held various HR leadership roles at Workday, BMC Software, and Cisco.

Scott Hogrefe

Chief Marketing Officer

Scott Hogrefe joined Netskope in August 2013 as the company was entering the market. He has worked hand-in-hand with Netskope’s executive team and board of directors on every era of successful Netskope marketing, including brand development, analyst relations, corporate marketing and communications, product marketing, events, customer programs and advocacy, and many other facets. Scott has over 25 years of technology marketing and program management experience, specializing in security and infrastructure, and including leadership roles at Productiv, Citrix, and Brocade, among others. Before entering the field of marketing, Scott spent several years in information technology for Johnson and Johnson where he managed systems to capture and secure clinical trial and intellectual property data.

Michelle Spolver

SVP, Investor Relations & Strategic Communications

Michelle Spolver is a cybersecurity industry veteran and brings more than two decades of communications and investor relations experience to Netskope. She is a proven leader with a solid track record of generating market awareness for enterprises large and small, building and managing best-in-class investor relations and global communications programs, and helping drive growth and shareholder value. Prior to joining Netskope, Michelle was Chief Communications Officer at Forescout, where she managed all internal and external communications and investor relations and was instrumental in positioning and leading the company through its successful IPO and private equity sale. Michelle also served in a similar capacity as Chief Communications Officer at Fortinet, where she spent 13 years helping scale it from a $20M start-up to a $1B+ publicly traded company.

Mike Anderson

Chief Digital and Information Officer

Mike Anderson brings over 20 years of experience to his role as Chief Digital and Information Officer for Netskope, having built and led high-performing teams across a wide range of disciplines, including sales, operations, business development, and information technology. He joins Netskope from Schneider Electric, a global fortune 500 industrial manufacturer, where he served as SVP, CIO and Digital Leader for North America.

In 2020, Constellation Research named him a member of the Business Transformation 150, an elite list that recognizes the top global executives leading business transformation efforts in their organizations. The National Diversity Council also recognized him as a Top 50 CIO for diversity and inclusion. Before Schneider Electric, Mike served as CIO for CROSSMARK, where he digitally transformed the business capabilities for the 40,000 employee service provider to the retail and consumer goods industry. Also, he has held executive leadership roles at Enterprise Mobile, a Microsoft joint venture that is now part of Honeywell, Insight, Software Spectrum, and InVerge, a web services pioneer that he co-founded in 1999.

Mike serves on numerous technology and industry advisory boards and volunteers his time working with nonprofits focused on mental health and suicide prevention and those that benefit the development of our future workforce in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

Ben Saitz

Chief Customer Officer

Ben Saitz joined Netskope in April 2022, and manages all of Netskope’s post-sales technical teams worldwide, including professional services, customer success, technical account management, technical support, education, tooling, customer satisfaction programs, customer community, and more. He is a highly regarded and regularly cited expert in customer experience innovations and the scaling of support and experience programs for technology buyers. Before Netskope, Ben held various leadership positions at Salesforce, Tableau, Facebook, Medallia, Google, and other companies.

James Robinson

Chief Information Security Officer

James Robinson is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in security engineering, architecture, and strategy. He specializes in services and solutions that help executives change their security strategies using innovation.

Before joining Netskope in 2018, Robinson was the VP and General Manager of third-party risk management at Optiv, where he worked as a core contributor around strategic internal initiatives including threat management, risk management, vulnerability management, and data protection. Prior to Optiv, he was the security architecture and strategy officer for Websense. He also previously served as product security officer for Emerson Network Power, a division of Emerson Electric Company, where he built the company’s first product security organization, including program and reference models, which were later adopted by Emerson Electric’s CTO office. He has also held leadership positions with other Fortune 500 companies such as Anheuser-Busch and State Farm Insurance, where he ran one of the most successful penetration testing engagements in the company’s history.

Robinson attended Webster University where he studied business and management, and he holds a number of technical certifications. He is also a regular commentator on security issues for business and trade publications, and holds six U.S. patents as an inventor.

Dave leads Corporate Development at Netskope, where he identifies and executes strategic opportunities and transactions. A Silicon Valley native, he brings more than 25 years of corporate development, business development, and product management experience serving in leadership positions at innovative technology companies spanning a diverse set of industries, customer segments, and company sizes and stages, including Apple, Symantec, CyberSource, Palm, HP, and Akamai. Dave began his career as a general management and strategy consultant and is a co-inventor on five issued US patents related to contextual data. He has degrees in engineering and international relations from Stanford, and also holds an MBA.

Jim Bushnell

General Counsel

Jim Bushnell serves as general counsel and is responsible for all legal affairs at Netskope, bringing more than 20 years of experience with technology companies. Prior to joining Netskope, Jim ran the legal function at Infoblox Inc. Jim was with Infoblox from its early stage, through its initial public offering to its acquisition. Prior to Infoblox, Jim was with the law firm Gunderson Dettmer, where he worked with venture-backed companies.

Stephan Mesguich

SVP, EMEA and LATAM

Stephan Mesguich joined Netskope in June 2024 and manages all sales and field teams in EMEA and LATAM. He has more than 30 years of security sales experience and has led top-performing teams throughout the world, including more than eight years where he served as Vice President, Go-to-Market, EMEA & LATAM, for the Cortex product family at Palo Alto Networks. Previously, he was a highly regarded VP sales leader at both Tufin and Verdasys, among others, and was the first EMEA sales director at Checkpoint.
